Lohan a Tanning Cheat?

Lindsay Lohan is in legal trouble again.

The fading star is now being sued by Tanning Vegas, which is a mobile airbrush tanning company. She allegedly failed to pay for tanning sessions from the company for two years from 2007-2009.

It's believed that in the two years of non-payment she owes the company a total of $40,000. How can you tan yourself to the tune of forty-grand?

The story goes deeper, this is the same Nevada-based company that helped Lindsay create her own self tanner, Sevin Nyne which was also created in 2009.

Her self tanner is still on the market reportedly selling for around $35 a bottle, which is about $39,965 less than she owes the company.
