Justin Bieber Misdemeanor


Justin Bieber is definitely a superstar but he also maybe a criminal.

Sources have told TMZ that the teen sensation was at a mall near his home in Calabasas when he got into an altercation with a photographer. The photog was trying to get a few pictures and Bieber was enraged. Police and an ambulance were called to the scene.

The photog was taken to the hospital and released after complaining of upper torso pain. Police are calling it a misdemeanor battery and Justin and girlfriend Selena Gomez left before the cops arrived.

Witnesses reported seeing the photographer blocking Bieber's car, when he asked the man to move, a scuffle ensued. Witnesses also say that a lawyer went up to the man who was allegedly assaulted and told him he could get him a chunk of money if they called an ambulance and filed a report.

Police have yet to talk to Bieber or Gomez.
