Man Creates Shotgun


Remember the days of running around on the street with a Super Soaker gun and having a water fight?

Well this story is similar but different. Randy Smith was walking around downtown Fresno with a Super Soaker and normally cops wouldn't even think twice about it, but in this case they noticed something was a little off.

They noticed a weird looking barrel on the gun and found out that earlier in the week the man took apart the toy gun and fashioned $30 worth of parts into it. The end result, a high-powered 20-gauge shotgun able to fire off one round of buck shot.

Smith was arrested Saturday night. He also has an impressive criminal record dating back to 1994.
