A Parrot and Zebra are in a bar, bartender says.

A man walks into a bar, tell me if you've heard this one before.

A passer-byer in a parking lot was shocked when he thought he originally saw a dog locked in it's owner's car. It actually turned out to be a zebra and accompanying the baby zebra was a parrot.

Police arrived just in time to see the driver, Jared Reiter leaving the parking lot. When police questioned why he had the zebra and bird in the car he simply explained that they are his pets. Also the bar that he frequents called the Dog House typically lets the pair of pets in but declined that night because they were serving a buffet.

Police administered a field sobriety test. He failed with a .148 BAC reading. The limit in Iowa is .08, so he was nearly double the legal limit.

A drunk guy with a zebra, doesn't sound that weird after all.
