Man Tries to Trade Toy Car for a Condo.

A Toronto man is attempting to trade a toy Hot Wheels car for a condo.

The idea isn't original, six years ago after fourteen transactions a Montreal man traded a red paper clip for a farm house in Saskatchewan.

The major difference between the two is that Charles Moffatt wants to trade his possessions for something of atleast double the value. So far he has already made two trades. The first trade was his toy car for a Mastercraft digital multimetre kit. This past weekend, he traded the tool kit for a bicycle which is worth around $150.

If he continues on his current trading trend, it will take him until his 17th trade to acquire the condo.
