Five Ways to Avoid the Flu

Five ways you can avoid getting the common cold at work:

Wash Your Hands: do this whenever you have handled something that somebody else has touched, also wash before and after you eat.

Stay Hydrated: combine dehydration with a lack of sleep and you have a breeding ground against your immune system.

Vitamins: zinc and vitamin C can become your best friends.

No touching: avoid any contact with eyes, nose, and mouth. It gives germs direct access to your body.

Beware of common items: keyboards, faucets, microwave doors ect.

It may make you feel like a germ-a-phoebe but being conscientious is better than getting sick.
