Canadians Living Apart?

A new report suggests that nearly two million Canadian couples are living apart from each other.

The study found that while 55 percent of Canadians of aged 20 and over are married and living together, there is roughly about 1.9 million people which is seven percent who are "living-apart" couples.

Asked why they live together and nearly half of those responded saying they're not ready to live together or they want their independence.

31 percent of couples aged 25-to-29 said they enjoy living apart while just two per cent of Canadians aged 60 live in these relationships.
